Zerox Altalink C8107.
Does anyone know how to stop the messages on the screen when a part is low or needs replacing ? For example, on the screen it said to replace the R1. I don't want the client to se this notification, so... does anyone know how to turn it off please ?

simply replace R1 drum unit and the massage will disappear

Its not about them knowing or not it is about the question I asked. Whether the notifications can be altered to show toner levels low and not drum parts

I agree that you should not be ridiculed for asking this question. Most OEM's allow for their consumable / maintenance messages to be hidden from end user. With Kon/Min every dealer & tech I know turns off consumable life counters & messages. This is not to cheat the customer or not maintain the machine properly, it's mostly to prevent machine from stopping and making it an emergency to replace the consumable. We even do this for charge customers which actually saves them money and getting more yield out of the consumables. Sorry I can't help with turning off messages because I don't know Xerox.
