Phaser 7500 white horizontal lines

I have a Phaser 7500. The cyan prints with many horizontal white lines across the page (photo below). I have tried everything I know to fix the problem - replaced cyan toner, replaced cyan imaging unit/drum, cleaned the LEDs with the pull-out several times, etc. I even swapped the magenta and cyan imaging units to see if the drum was defective, but the magenta did not duplicate the problem when the cyan imaging unit was put in the magenta's place. Total page count is 75,530. Printer was working fine til now. All supplies are full and recently replaced.


If anyone knows how/what I can clean inside the machine to try and remove the white lines I would greatly appreciate any suggestions!

Looks like there is dirt on the slit glass. Check the manual on how to clean it.

I dont think my printer has 'slit glass'? From reserch on line it looks like that is a copier thing, mine is a printer. THe manual does not offer anything other than consumable replacements - nothing more technical. Any other suggustions out there?

No, it is developing unit. You got some debris in a developer or something stuck between mag roller and developer unit case but seeing a few lines you probably got something in a black developer.
