    WC 7220 problem with xerographic system

    Good day all,
    I have a Xerox WC 7220 that shows adjustment in progress and ends with problem with xerographics system. It does not copy or print. Following errors are logged: 391.919.00, 918.00, 917.00, 914.00 and 393.929.00, 928.00, 927.00, 924.00.
    I have changed mcu pwb. Somebody pls help.

      Check main drive assy gears.

          I have changed the main motor drive assy. Same prbkem

              Hello all,
              Just discovered the problem is from the yellow toner crum, I changed the yellow toner and the problem disappeared but the machine came up with error 361.320. I changed the ROS and 361.320 disappeared but the print quality is poor. The manual talked of doing GP8: Forced ADC Setup. GP 8 isn't in my manual. Don't know what to do next. See attached the print out of the grahics demo page.

                  1. Open the Front Cover
                  2. Switch off the Power Switch, then the Main Power Switch
                  3. With the Front Cover still open, switch on the Main Power Switch then the Power Switch
                  4. After the UI displays Close the Front Cover, close the Front Cover.
                  5. The forced ADC Image Density Setup operates automatically.
