Hi , there is no error message at all . use the toner a lot but the indicator remains 100 percent . my worry is when the toner finish it wont prompt me at all and just stop printing. Something is wrong with the toner level reader . But step by step what should i do? I have flip the metal switch at the back to the toner but still no changes.

Before initialize ALL NVM, try to reset only four cells.
Reset NVM location 762 - 315 to 0 for black.
Similarity NVMs for CYAN 762- 314; MAGENTA 762-313; & YELLOW 762-312 and reboot copier.

If u have PWS diagnostic, let's try use it. If no, u can attempt initialize all NVM. And third way, reload IOT firmware

How do I those NVM resets? I want to reset a Workcentre M24 to factory default setting to see if it solves a touchpad problem. Can anyone help me?
