    Restting Charge Corotron

I replaced this part along with the Black drum and the Charge corotron still says "replace now (call for Service)" under the 'Consumables' tab. Any ideas on how to reset this, after getting a 091-311 error i found that the black band was caused by the Corotron not moving so wherever the head is the black banding happens on the paper.

Thanks again for all of your help.

I think it might me the motor, from the day I replaced the Corotron the motor has been clicking like crazy. I noticed if I spin the bar making the brush go all the way to the back the Black band disappears.

ec091-311 is a CC Cleaner motor failure. You just might need to turn the power OFF then ON again. If it's not cleared, then you need to replace the CC cleaner motor. You will also need to check the condition of the scorotron cleaner motor if OK, to avoid the "solid black band"

I change the cc cleaner motor and give me the same code fault 091-311. I think that the sensor isn't in the position. Any idea to solve this?
