first you need to have a zeroz count m/c take the two ic from the iit pwb 24c16 n put it to the m/c you want to change then replace the ic you take out from the m/c one by one

does ic2prog work with eeprom?Otherwise wich programme should I use?

you dont need to programm just take the less count eprom put the m/c you going to reset n put the origin ic one by one
