did you tried to replace drum or corotron assy?

That is only replaced part

part which is replaced is ESV sensor.

if you have some old drum (print cartridge), try with it.
Just to see do you have same problems with another drum.
If have same problem, then should check, HVPS and Halftone PWB.
But If change halftone PWB must have someone with Xerox PWS to adjust serial numbers on PWB`s

i think it could be thr drum assembly, do you have a spare one to check
