    A little help please!

Not quite copier related, but I cannot get to the copier because the computer is telling me:

    Intel Boot Agent FE v4.1.10
    Intel Base-Code, PXE-2.1 (build 883)
    Copyright 1997-2002
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
    PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Agent
1962: No operating system found. Press F1 to repeat boot sequence.

Checked cable, unplugged cable, even tried to reload windows, blue screen is protecting system with a shut down.

Has anyone out there ever encounter such a problem?
    Is the computer fried?
Any response or help (if any) would be most appreciated.

Thank you for your valuable time and being there.

    Sincerely,
    Scotty C.E.

It says it can't find the operating system so you need to reload the operating system if you still have it.

      Thanks bernyb!
We did try the O.S. reload only to find the hard drive took a dive.
With a new H.D. and a fresh Operating System install I'm told we'll be o.k.

But not just any hard drive. It must be a drive that is compatible to the copier. Of course you didn't mention what copier it is and my crystal ball is a little foggy today.

Found out that it was'nt the hard drive afterall.
The system would not boot because one of the sticks of memory failed.
