I have reset the NVM code to get machine restarted for the yellow toner and also replaced the toner cartridge and drum unit but she is now printing with the yellow barely showing and the colours are all distorted.

Can anyone help

Yellow toner - is dropping down but is not mixing in with the other colours to give me cymk - also no fault error code is being shown anywhere

Sorry I do not understand. You have not yellow on the papper?

I am only operator - yellow toner is dropping down from toner cartridge to drum but does not seem to do anything after this. Is there a toner well
as part of the machine.

Because you have done an NVM reset you should align all the 4 toner to get cmyk.
You will have to do a Regicon Adj.
