    xerox DC3535 fault code 116-361

    HI everybody

    I received fault code 116-361 in UI XEROX DC3535. relaoding software v1.1,v1.2 via PWS not usefull. changing HDD and reload s.w again but didnt work. is there any suggest to solve this . tanks all

            Is not possible to clone HDD.
            HDD is empty, just have 6 partitions on it.

            Try with new HDD, which never have been used and formated, put in machine and perform HDD Initalization (4+stop+power save)

              xcopytech: i did clone the hard disk with paragon and as acronis showed, paragon also showed it as empty .I tried to initialize the non working hard disk, it didnt work. then i did a clone of the working HDD using paragon and then did a HDD initialize and viola!!!! it worked. P.S The hard disk after installation is shown as empty.

                        Hello everyone. Is there a disk image of this anywhere? My HDD failed and I cannot clone it onto a new HDD. Thanks in advance!
