    Xerox DC2060 error 9-362

    Hi,

I have an error 9-362 : VH Charge Check fail (C) RAP.

I clean the connectors on the IOT PWB but it doesn't work.

Can somebody help me please? Or somebody sell a IOT PWB Card?

    Thanks

Fault Code 09-363 VH Charge Check Fail (K). The RAP does not lead to fix the fault. Swapping Black Developer Assembly with Magenta, the Fault Code change to 09-361.

    Cause:

    Faulty Developer Assembly.

Replace Black Developer Assembly. The solution is also applicable to Fault Codes: 09-360, 09-361, 09-362.

    Fault Codes: 9-360, 9-361, 9-362, 9-363 Chains: XEROGRAPHICS Problem:

Charge voltage not detected by ESV sensor

    Cause:

Rap has you exchange the ESV sensor with one from a different color housing, replace the drum assembly, replace the charge/ preclean HVPS, check fuse 17 on the dist. PWBA and replace the IOT PWBA. After doing all this the problem still remains.

The ESV sensor does not detect voltage because the drum is not turning. Enter DC 330 and the appropriate code to turn on the drum motor.
    4-004 YELLOW
    4-005 MAGENTA
    4-006 CYAN
    4-007 BLACK
If the drum does not turn check fuse F2 on the drum drive PWBA. Replace the fuse if it is bad. If fuse continues to blow, replace the drum drive PWBA. Part # 160K52023.

      Thanks for your answer Copymachine!

I do all actions you say, but I don't have an IOT PWBA so i can't replace it, i just clean the connectors but it doesn't work anymore. Do you know where i can found this part?

did you swap the ESV sensor with another colour and check if the code changes?

I had a similar problem was traced to ESV sensor , replaced it and machine is fine.
