    Background on DC2060

    Hello,

since yesterday, i have a yellow background in every prints.

it's just in the part superior of the print, i changed the yellow developer, just the developper NOT the assembly, and i changed the print cartridge to be sure, and it happen again. I don't know what to clean or change.
    If anyone have an answer.....

    Thank you

ok I send a copy of a scan (in A4 not in A3) but i don't know if we can see the problem in the scan......
there is a background very clear in the part superior of the sheet. but just in the impresion area, not in all the sheet (without the mardge).

      so....thanks

interchange 1st btr in the ibt assembly with another color since you have changed all the other things that could cause the problem. and could u scan another print with some image or which clearly shows the problem.

Have you cleaned the ROS for yellow

the sheet is come out exactly like that, when you are in front of the printer, the sheet is like the scan, so the yellow is in the up, so I think it's the inboard

                      hello,

I don't understand anything, but i interchanged between printcartridge yellow and magenta, and now, ther is no background.

i don't understand because at first, i had a background yellow so i changed the print cartridge with a new print for the yellow, and the background still printed. And when I interchanged with the magenta, ther is no problem......

if the problem comes again, i will say it to you.

Thank you all for your answers.
