    DC12 poor image - pic attached

    i need advice. have a look:



    before a few days a did MAX setup on DC12 and after that, sometime dc12 print (make) a stain of printing image. (on pic background full is:cyan 60, yellow 20)
    this happened on all color in the same place, usualy on first few copy, after that on some pages.
    any suppose about that?

    looks like you need to clean /replace carona wires and grid
    a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one

      make a hard stop before paper passes throught fuser i think you have fuser problem

        as davidj7 said, first check cc assy, also clean ptretransfer corona in drum cartridge.

          try to test print internal pattern to isolate problem.
          if test print is with same problem, you have to concentrate
          on xerographic process either on drum, developer, ibt or fuser.
