Won't Recognize The Toner
doesn't compute . . .There is no chip on the bottle as in later products.
Could you be a little more specific as to the problem? No image? Not seeing the patch? -
Most likely the the electrical contact located below the carousel on the right hand side next to the LSU. The spring loaded contacts mate the the CRUM on the toner as the carousel rotates to each position. You may be able to clean and possibly reform them if they are damaged.Comment

I think we're talking apples and oranges. I thought you were referring to the DocuTech 6115, but you must be talking about the Phaser 6115.
