Xerox DC12 - Noise from deleloper

Sometime my Xerox DC12 have noise like metal to metal friction, increasingly in time.
i located, that noise coming from developer housing (in front OB section i think)
Probably some gear or bearing are for change?

Any suggestion or help will be appreciate
    thank you

    Hi JimmyB
I had this problem when customer did lot of B/W copies and black developer housing got overfilled. If you have Eureka search for 9-363 code.

It's probably time to put in the 655n131 developer bearing kit and the 655n132 developer gear kit. They have a life of about 250K.
