Did you do a tray alignment for Tray 5.

Shift dosent happen just for one side. There must be 1 mm shift when you print the 1st side.

If tray alignment dosent work it could be 2nd BTR.

i have done tray 5 alignment, of course.
Actually, the shift is about 1 mm, but when print on both side (manual duplex), there is shift about 2-2.5 mm.
      this happend on random pages.

i guess, that problem is in 1st BTR on registration rolls or sensor??
or probably some rolls in tray 5 is wear

I'd say send a PM to Milo Wilson and ask....but it sounds to me like you are on the right track.

yup thats where you should be looking . but remembe 2mm tolerance is what's the tolerance for DC12 back to back registration as per Xerox tech here.

After made maintenance on 1st BTR and adjust it, the problem is solved

now shift is 0-0.3 mm and on most of prints is almost 0mm.
When printing on both sides (manual duplex on Tray 5) shift between duplex prints is less that 1 mm

I cant agree for 2mm shift .... probably on ExtraHeavy paper, could be on some sheets of course.

if you have shift more that 1 mm, have to looking for service

            Thanks for all guys
