5000AP constantly jamming - need advice

Been working on my 5000 AP for the last week - no progress.

I am running 12pt coated cardstock

GSM is 282

The machine will JAM almost like clockwork at sheet count between 80-125 sheet

Jam occurs after 1st side has printed and is being sent back for the 2nd side to print.

Machine will fault and ask operator to clear jam at section 6

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what is that 12pt, can you tell me what is the paper size in metric, please?
I will share with you the most weird problem that I had with DC5000.
Machine will jam in the decurler section on every 12-18 prints if you print on paper smaler the 210mm 1 sided print. The sheets were everytime on the same location and timing one from each other. It will run all day long with larger paper without any problem.
After a lot of strugle I found out that the decurler motor was missing one the two 24DC that it needs to run on every speed. I cable was not conected from the factory.
I hope this info will be usefull for you.
Did you ran DC726 Paper path timing adjustment?
