    Technician for DC480ST in France

    Hello,

I'm a french printer in France (Bas-Rhin), I have a DC480ST and I don't know how to repair it. I'm looking for a french technician who can explain me. I have Edoc and PWS for it, but I can't connect me because the computer software version isn't the same that copier software version.

    Can anybody help me please!!

    Thanks

What software version is the machine? I'm in the States but will help if I can. My email is qualitechcopier@cox.net.
Send error codes and anything else that might shed some light on the problem.

hello.does the machine have dots of death on the touch screen?(big line of dots and nothing else)

try first to unplug all the plagjaks from the power distribution pwb after that put each back (one at the time). The problem seams to be some small pwba's called iioc's.

I had the same problem 2 weeks ago and the tray 2 iioc was bad

        best luck!

          Hello gregoryk!

It was a line of point and then it is writing "Power up failed! please try again".

I unplug the connector on distribution pwb and reconnect them, but it doesn't work.

Do you have another idea by chance?

          Thanks

You mean that you reconnect them all and now the display say that above? If yes, probably the problem is the power distr.pwba
