    workcentre pro c2636 communications encountered problem

    I turn on the printer and after a few minutes on the display I see this error encountered communications problem, reset system by turning power off, then on, using the white power switch.

    first check CCM NVM PWB in controller.
    maybe do not have good contact.
    also check battery on CCM NVM PWB does it have 3V

        about CCM can check does it have good contact.
        If still have same problem you will need xerox pws for wc 2636.
        You will need to check dc133 for correct values, also dc 105 and maybe even to reload system software to machine.
