Xerox Phaser 5500 Fault code 18???

Hello you all,
There is Fault code 18 after 250 to 350pages printed!!! I have had Turn off the printer - pause 15-20 min turning on and then the same ?? I had tried the procedure from the sevice manual :"The Temperature Sensor or Humidity Sensor has failed", and there was nothing wrong!???
The enviornment in the room where the printer work is ok I thinк !??
Somebody help with some idea ???!

is the humidity of the paper in the acceptable range?sometimes paper with hight humidity can cause this problem otherwise i think you must replace the environment pwba

Is this a jam code 18 - Paper size jam? Or is it an Engine Error 18?
