    xerox doc 12 error code 9-363

    When I start up my Xerox docucolor 12, it starts to go through the warm up and stops and shows error 9-363. How can I fix this? HELP PLZZZZZ

      I've had that several times, in my case it's usually a blown fuse on the Rotary PWB, change that and you are good to go if that's the case. It can also be that you've run too many B&W prints and you need to replace the black developer and change some NVMs if you intend to continue doing that. Those are the most likely causes in my opinion

          Did the copier make the error after the 5 mn warm up or directly after power up? Did it make a big noise? If yes check the 2nd BTR, the gear could be broken.

              9-363 Control Logic detected that the Rotary did not reach the Home position
