Sorry not quite clear on what you are actually saying ? I you have a network controller fault you will need to do and Altboot first the 230's use the hyperterminal where you have to type in the commands. If it has been converted back to a DC copier i.e hard drive removed ess pugged out, then you will have to reconnect these back. Hope this helps -
the problem is not that to remove and reconnect the plug. I have already tried to do it but the same doesn't work! I believe is a problem of inside commands to the machine.Comment

If etive giving flaw in the network controller and print it should show a fault code, what is this code? You will probably have to reload the software from ESS, but for this you have to have a PWS.Comment
