Problem:
the customer tries to send fax. The Document Centre tries to send the fax. We can hear it ring it tries one time sees that receiving fax is busy prints out a non configuration sheet without even trying to redial as all machines do.
See if that solves your problem. 'm Experiencing the problem, the cause and solution to the code 83b1.
Cause: Standup used to hold the fax boards ( especially black cubical one) does not allow NCU Board to be seated fully into the connector.
Solution: Reform the stand off or remove to allow good connection.
