DC12 fade on edge (pic attached) need help, pls

    the skew is about 1 mm. the lead edge in left side is 5mm and in right side is 4 mm.

    GusG, try to set side reg NVM to factory setting, which is 7406. the quickes way is, with keypad NVM 720-007= 7406 for tray 5.

    actualy, my problem is not solved in full. Now DC12 print fine, but cant do manual duplex from tray 5, because i cant align tray. When change side reg NVM for tray 5 to 7350, fade come on.
    check ROS, serch in Eureca for "Faint Lines or Deletions in Process Direction", try solution and tell me for result.

      Thanks JimmyB. I checked 720-007 and it's already at 7406. When mine does print from tray 5 (which isn't always) it actually comes out very well registration wise but only when I send SEF, when I send LEF it is always skewed. This is actually the case with all the trays.
      When my tech gets his PWS running again we'll have a look at your other suggestion.
