    workcentre 7655

    Hi friends. I have a problem with the scanner on this machine.Says scanner not ready with fault 062-360.This happens randomly I already change the IIT IPS PWBA and the capstan shaft sleeve bearings with no luck The rap did not help and Software is the newest

    any good ideas?
