.Communications Problem Encountered "Communications Problem Encountered" message is displayed on the UI. First the dots go across the screen (sometimes called "Dots of Death"). Sometimes you will get a configuration sheet.

    Cause:

Controller was not assembled correctly from manufacturing.

The Ribbon Cable (PL 14.2, Item 21) was not seated correctly to the IIT/CCM PWB. When I removed the ribbon cable from the IIT/CCM PWB, there was a pin bent on the board. I reformed the pin and assembled the machine and everything worked fine.

There s a problem during installation that causes a failure.
Try the following and if your CCM NVM chip is not bad, it should solve your problem:

            Procedure
Enter dC133. Check the time and date. Enter the correct values.
NOTE: The hour, minute, seconds, month and date must be 2 characters and the year
must be 4 characters. You must also select the AM or PM radio button.
Select Apply. The machine should resets.

Enter dC105 and set the install phases to "Customer Set-up". Make sure all fields
in dC105 screen have the correct configuration. Select Apply. Machine may not
            reset.
Exit Diagnostics (Exiting Diagnostic Navigator) (Complete Closeout).
Switch off the machine (the power cord may need to be unplugged or the GFI switch
            pressed.).
Power up and enter diagnostics dC133 and check time & date (enter or change if
missing or wrong with correct format as stated above). Select Apply. The machine
            will reset.
Enter diagnostics as soon as "Ready to Scan" or the Install Wizard appears on the
UI, go to dC131 and set System Management Service - 0119 to false. This will prevent
            the UI from auto upgrading.
            Exit Diagnostics (Complete Closeout).
The Install Wizard will appear on the UI. After completing the wizard, the machine
            should reset and display ready.
Diagnostic Navigator will lose communication. When the UI comes back up, approximately
25 dots, enter diagnostics (Entering Diagnostic Navigator). Go to dC105, set the
Install Phases to Complete. Also, complete all fields with correct configuration. Click on
            Apply.
Machine will reset again and when it comes back up machine will be in diagnostics
mode, launch Diagnostic Navigator and perform a complete closeout. Machine will display
            ready
Enter dC105 and set the Install Phases to Complete. Also, verify or complete all fields with
correct configuration. Select Apply. Machine will reset again and when it comes back up
machine will be in diagnostics mode, launch Diagnostic Navigator (Entering Diagnostic Navigator)
and perform a complete closeout. Machine will display ready.

It looks like you need a serious software upgrade. The software level is an older version.

                        do not have correct path
select only folder C0_01_04.511 and you will see version for upgrade.
