7132 software option codes

I have a 7132 that was rebuilt by another company and a 16-214 code came up after they were done. Can someone inform me of the universal option enablement codes that will re enable all options when I perform a clearallflag?
If I can't get the option codes then is there a way to disable the fax option without using clear all flag?

I get this code with damaged USB cable (it's the cable for fax kit). I change it and after that I could do everything as it should be for replacing or reinstalling

I don't have a fax assembly installed and I'm not going to put one in. That's why I get the error code. I just needed the activation codes for all functions when I clearallflag.

16-214 means that someting in NVM is missmatching with Serial Number on the machine. There are 2 Procedures to be done, GP4 and 5 according to the PWS software - have you got the sm for this one?
