Is it asking for password or doesn't react on touch?

I have one machine, everything works but doesn't react on touch.Is it possible that this was locked?

I tried every combination on keyboard to enter diag but didn't make it. Must press confirm on touch. Also didn't connect WCPS Diag Navigator, thought that I had to change that display.

Now you're telling me that it's working but I need password because it's somehow locked!!! Is it true?

Well it was just a guess....mine is also locked/broken? What WCPS diag Navigator do you use? and what usb drivers? I want to connect my 7245 but I don't have the right drivers. Can you help me?

As i said I didn't connect to laptop. So I don't know is it working too.

I would help but have no software for this machine. There is only one in my area so I didn't search for diag... thought that WCPS for 3545 could work!

WCPS for 3545? I got also an 3545 with a weird communication error. Is it possible to get th WCPS 3445 from you?

This is very weird. My touchscreen sometimes worked! But mostly not... What can that be? a dusty connection? I can see the touchscreen but I can't push the buttons.
