DC 252 colour mis-registration

I have a serious color mis-registration issue on DC252. Reg control sensor check cycle comes up negative for all the sensors, hence registration measurement cycle and registration control setup cycle fails. I have cleaned the ROS, the MOB sensors and the IBT assembly. What else do I need do? Thanks

you got the brith cert. for the m/c set the setting using the brith cert, list or try change the mob

default nvm settings . It should be inside the door or in a paper tray.
