    CC238 jamming paper

I have few CC238 with the same problem. After very fine working for some time they started to jam paper when the copy button is pressed. It appears from any tray all the time, the paper is just stopped/machine just stop the feeding.

    Anyone can help?

In event log I have 02-320 which redirect to 03-310. I did self communication test from DC305 and software upgrade. I tried with HVPS and LVPS from another machine that works but here was with no results. Every jamming is in Area1 (area at the bypass) at the left cover-paper leaves the tray and stops. Change almost everything that is relate to transportation. Also power direction pwb and Image processing pwb changed. Not tried to restore NVM from MRD floppy. Machine have about 30K and worked very good this happened suddenly. As I mentioned we have few CC232/238 with the same problem (that's why I did software upgrade, but no changes)

Replace the software NVM module and reload MRD or try the MRD first. The harness from the LVPS to the distribution PWB gives a lot of weird faults on the 232/238/245/265 and 275's might be worth changing that.

The problem is solved. MRD did no changes, harness also. There was poor connection on erase lamp. You can see from the image where is located

Had that problem before normally produces a 09350 fault code and you just unclip the erase lamp off the black mounting and push it back into the connection a little further.
