    DC252 Premature Drum failures

Please can anyone tell me why the colour drums on my DC252 are consistently failing before timing out. They fail when they are still at very high percentages like 80%, even 90%, i.e only 10-20 % usage!! This has happened for several sets of the colour drums. Black is ok.

May be the cleaning system is not working, the motor that cleans the corotron is used also to push a black plastic rod, that pushes the cleaning system.
