Ongoing jams at 2nd BTR on DC 2060

Hi all, I have an ongoing issue of paper jams at the 2nd BTR unit. As the paper exits the registration assy it will just pass over the second BTR roll 3-4cms and then it jams there. It will transfer any image on the IBT belt to the paper up to the point it stops. Up to now we've changed the following bits:

    - PGM Driver PWB
    - 2nd BTR retract motor
    - 2nd BTR drive motor + gears
    - registration roller and corresponding pinch roller

I just got the pinch roller yesterday and thought now we're there but, alas, no. The problem is exactly the same. This has been ongoing for months because it takes me one to two weeks each time I order a part given my location

Any ideas what might be causing this or solutions would be HIGHLY APPRECIATED because I have no more hair to pull out.

    Cheers,
    Gustav

It gives the code 008-170 when it jams. In the meantime my tech has tried cleaning the new pinch roll (the rubber one) with something called Mecan (a Chinese fluid like WD40, so my tech tells me) and this has reduced the jams from happening all the time to happening once in a while. This is with a new pinch roll, we tried the same with the old pinch roll some time back and it did do some prints but started jamming again. Very mysterious

We finally "disconnected" the 2nd BTR roller from the motor by taking off a gear and this has stopped the jams. Could it be just a faulty 2nd BTR assy? We did try with an old one earlier but still got the jams.

I had the same problem, you just have to takink off the gear of all the 2nd BTR assy.
