work centre pro 32

I have a customer that has a wcp 32 that the fuser doesn't heat up and after about 10 min on the screen says power off the machine by using the white switch.customer says no codes come up. If anyone could help with this problem I would appreciate it.

check with customer this things happen after paper jam?i suggested removed fuser assy and clear all torn paper inside fuser due blocking thermister to sense heat roll temperature..good luck

Will the paper jam make the fuser not even warm up at all? The fuser lamps are good.

Try replacing the fuser fan assy, that can cause a similar problem
