XEROX 470DC & ST BOTH have same FUSER MESSAGE???

both of my machines say "pull out the fuser module and then push it back in"

I did that...

It just keeps saying that same message....

if it not a faulty fuser module then it is most definately the Flicker PWB replace it iand it will be fine.
