DC250 Regi con setup

When I run DC675 from either the PWS or the UI it goes through the motions but does not record a value and the colour to colour registration remains all over the place.

When I run DC671 I get NG's in all results including patterns

Any ideas?

Clean the MOB sensor assy and then try again.

also check black drum corotoron.
if this corotron is bad you also can have such problem.

Thanks Xcopytech, I had changed the corotron not long ago so I changed the entire black drum and it worked fine.

1 more small problem now is that the yellow is missing from the edge of the IB side to about 15mm in.

I have checked Dev housing and it seems ok, Swapped the drums and that made no difference.

I am no expert with these machines so any help is much appreciated.
