xerox 8560 error 08,030.46

Hi all

I have attended a xerox 8560 with error 08,030.46 but it is not listed in the service manual.

I have checked the printhead, head restraints, the wiper blade and motion, the roll block and made sure there is no solid ink around those areas, reassembled and it managed to work.

A week later the error is back and I am unsure what the next step is.

Can anyone help with this error?

Likely the process mtr or process mtr broken mounts and throw in the d/m cam.......not much else left and if it was me doing it thats where I would go. anyways see what you can find and let me know because I breathe Phasers...which also can be tiring! also I am off tomorrow and Monday...holidays...but get back to me..and if really stuck landspeeder@brktel.on.ca is monitored
