No glossy finish on prints

WE have a docucolor 250 that has run about 1.3m copies. Problem is that the prints seem to have lost their shine. Solid dark colors dont have a glossy finish

On what kind of paper this happens?
Have tried with different fuser?
Try with choosing coated paper instead of heavyweight.
Try lowering the 2nd transfer voltages, default value is 100.
