Hello everyone
I have a client with a Phaser 8560MFP with bad CQ. I took off both side covers and could only see the Oil roller and cleaning blade maintenance kit to be easily cleaned. I would have liked to clean the Print Heads or which every device the machine uses to print the image. Is this necessary to correct the bad CQ? And how do I access the print heads?
Please look over the scans I uploaded. I would be very grateful for any input or advise from fellow technicians, I mostly work on Ricoh equipment so I'm guessing the Maintenance kit high yield [108R00676] should help correct the print quality.
Thanks everyone
