Hi! New copier wc5755 and finisher HVF. In the process of installation i had forget to connect 2 cables between copier and finisher. When copier was turn on, it was initialize and there was message on the screen like: problem communicate with finisher. After connecting 2 cables and turn on copier all parts of copier and finisher start move (standard initializing) but after red screen appears green screen whith XEROX sign and...copier reload non stop many times. I stoped it by taken out cable 220V because power button not work in this process :-(. I had disconnect finisher and turn on copier again - menu screen appeared with message: problem communicate with finisher again. When i had connect data cable and then power cable - everething OK. Copier start make copies, finisfer makes holes and staples. In diagnostic i can turn on and turn off every element of finisher. I can reload copier when push power button - OK. But when i turn off copier and turn on again, copier and finisher start to reload non stop like i wrote before. In diagnostic, there is faulty log 03-410. I have EDOC 5655 but couldn't finde description of this problem. My english could be not real english;-)
