Anyone know how to re-load the system software?? I have the pws and have the mchine in download mode but I guess I need a cd with the ess software on it?? The machine stops at the second boot up circle.... says the spooler is at a fatal error...says to re-load the ess software..mmmm now I am stuck

What is write on the copier? There is normally an error code, what is it?
