Xerox 5624 web reset

I have a 5624 that has a message "fuser web low" but the web has plenty left so I asume need to reset the counter. I know how to get into service mode but need to know how to reset the web count. Intravia says 10-63 but when I input 10-63 it says " not valid". Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

Reset code 10-65 to 0. Enter [ 10 ] and press the Start button. Enter [ 65 ] and press the Start button, to 0. Press the Start button. The Fuser counter is now reset.
