Darn it! Not Again...Xerox WorkCentre 7132

I was working on this Xerox WC 7132 which started with a problem of a 092-310 error code. After a few months and parts I finally got it working. I was happy. But after a few prints, it is now making a squeaky sound...like a tight belt on a car would make...I cant really tell where the sound is at exactly but it seems like that is somewhere near the IBT bealt. I am not sure if that IBT bealt is causing the problem or not, but there was one time I took that whole unit out, and they had some gear like things on one side that i might have moved a little or more, and now I noticed that there are gear like things also in the copier where the Unit is supposed to locked in to, now they may be a chance that the gear inside the copier and the gear on the unit may not lock properly when installed. Could that be the problem? if so how can this be resolved. or if the gears are not the problems then what do you think would be it?

it is difficult to say but check this: with left side door open check at the extremities for belt assy lockers, maybe you left them closed. (no edoc to send you image but you can see it in section4) and check waste toner box also for "squeaky" noise... first thought! i hope you didnt touch Belt assembly- mis-assembly could be in cause.

            yeap
remove all tanks and put it back (carefully)
same with IBT (verify edge system - is mechanical - rotate by hand)
no rush, no ringing phone near you, just you and machine!

                    squeaking noise

Make sure that the waste toner door is open and the corkscrew is turning...that is a common problem with color machines....the door hinge breaks and the wast toner cannot be dumped into the wast toner housing...there is also a cleaning blade inside where the gears are on the IBT that may need replacing/cleaning

my workcentre 7132 tells me that i need to replace the "transfer belt cleaner [r2] smart kit", i looked for it online and could not find it, i looked at the wc 7132 service manual and i still cannot find that part, however i did find a "ibt belt cleaner", is that the same thing?

Ok, so the Xerox Workcentre was working fine after a few repairs. I ran out of tone YELLOW so my friend went ahead to replace it with a new yellow toner. But now it shows "Cartridge Error" we have taken the toner out and tried installing it again but it keeps showing up the same message "cartridge error". Does anyone know how I can get rid of that?
