xerox DC 480st problem fuser not available

Hello,
i have 1 xerox DC460st, and when I start the machine, it say :

"please wait, machine test in process" then

"adjustments are in progress" then

"system is warming up. it will be ready within 4 minutes" then

"the fuser is warming up. printing may be delayed" then after 2 or 3 minutes :

"the fuser is not available. call for assistance"

I change the fuser assembly, but it appears always, I don't know what happened and what I need to do.

I am remove all flicker from all machines pro65, 75, 90 , 470 etc. I am put ssr relay from xerox 1025, can from dc12. How it make, you can to see in the xerox dc265.

the problem is the fuser relay in the high voltage power supply
its black color
same on all the lakes products

please don't hijack this guy's post.....go into user tools and do a reset first

and the last time I saw that fuser message....it was the wrong fuser in the machine....they all look the same...but are not....

you need a new hard drive and then need to reload software

Don't forget the mechanical relay in the same ac distrbution box. Kinda touchy - Doesn't have enough power to pull in the cleaned contacts if you bend them a little too far. Just make sure when you manually actuate the relay, the contacts close with a slight bend. It's usually the problem if the fuser is correct and electrically ok.
