    DC12 Imaging Problem

    Every time we print a 1 sided copy on the rear side there is rectangular solid colour produced which you can see on the pictures we cant find where this solid image is coming from has anybody else experienced this?

    Replace IBT Retract clutch, or try to clean it.

      I think its from the ROS, maybe you should bring it out and clean the window....or you might need to outrightly replace i'm afraid.

          It looks like you're machine needs a complete service.
          The IBT cleaner is not working properly and your 2nd BTR is not cleaning properly, however your ROS looks fine.
          Those color patchs are remnants from the colour setup cycle - nothing to worry aout except that they are supposed to be cleaned off by the afore mentioned items.

            look at from 1st pic, your 2nd BTR roll is in terrible condition (all is chapped).
            1st, try to replace 2nd BTR unit or only roll, with good cleanig.
