properly power up the printer. Likewise, other devices sharing the same AC


circuit can cause AC voltage sags that cause the printer to fail its AC heater

I have good power and plugged in direct, so looks like I may have a bad heat lamp? I don't know what printhead jet-stack means. Thanks for the response.

I couldn't get anywhere without a skematic. Did not find anything obvious, and as far as I can tell the heaters are all okay. Anyone else have any suggestions?
