      Hello!

Xerox 7675 is a multifunctional machine which changed the MCU NVM PWB panel.
Then, the machine says that the panels must be in sync.
This is only possible through the diagnostic program, and there is a request that generated code is likely to be made through the Xerox hotline to ask!
Our relationship with our company no xerox!
      Therefore I turned to thee!
English is not the bread, therefore, forgive me!

Service manual I got this information!
As I said there is no xerox support!
        Can you help?

Serial number and billing data is stored at three locations:

        MCU NVM PWB

        CCM NVM PWB

        IIT/IPS PWB.

This procedure is used to restore serial number and billing data integrity if these PWBs were replaced incorrectly, or if multiple failures occurred.

It is not necessary to run this procedure if a single PWB is replaced; if these boards are replaced one-at-a-time, the machine will automatically synchronize the data on the new PWB to match the other two. It is only required to perform the procedure if the removal/replacement procedure is not followed correctly, or if data corruption causes one of the following faults:

        16-801.19

        22-352

        Procedure
        Notify service support.

        Call service support for instructions.

Complete reserialization form provided by service support.

        Reserialize machine:

        Enter the PWS Diagnostic mode.

        Select the Adjustments tab

        Select the Configuration tab

        Synchronize Serial Number.

        Select S/N Sync (dC132).

        Select Generate Id.

Call the phone number on the reserialization form and report Unique Machine Identifier.

You will be given a Password to enter into Submit Password.

        Select Submit Password.

        Serial numbers are now synchronized
