    Xerox 238 producing blank copies ?

    Xerox 238 when copying produces blank copies ? completly blank ? through doc feeder and also on glass

    any ideas chaps ? fault seems to be interminent ?

      In administrator mode you are some test for quality of print.
      Make tests to know what is wrong - printer or scanner

          Only time I had this issue was when one of technician before me put the screws on developer station upside down. In that case Dev station cannot come close near the drum, and you get blank copies. Like adriansto suggested you should print something to determine was it only scanner or there is problem with printer too.

              Yep dev latching problem push the developer tank against the drum.

                  I had twice,
                  1- the red h.v.p.s wire comes to developer housing,damaged between scanner and IOT near the ROS
                  2- faulty humidity sensor.
