    my 7675don't used.It's display "reset the machine ,UI/NC Interface Cable failure has occurred"..


    Can you help me ? Thank you very march. and I have not service manual..

    Turn off machine for 3-4 min, and power on.

            hello,i also had that problem with a wc7665 and the only way out was to reload software on the network controller,for this you need to have a pws.can you get access to apws????

                from what country are u in?and for how long has the machine been idle or down without printing.also let know what is the version of your software its normally displayed on the screen when machine starts up.starts with either 042 or 043
