[Error Code] Xerox 4150 error remove seal tape from cartridge and reinstall

I am getting a error remove seal tape from cartridge and reinstall.

There is no tape on the cartridge and I understand that there is a service bulletin from Xerox on this. Does anyone have a copy of this bulletin that they can send me or tell me what I should do to the printer to correct the error

The metal pin sometimes cracks the shaft on one side, causing the shaft to bend slightly, binding the coupling. The plastic is brittle enough to easily file material off so the shaft appears straight. Temporary solution that may get you out of a bind.

try replacing the toner cartrige. Xerox has had problems with them in the past.
