Machine won't boot, I got a 116-321 code. I did G3 boot setups but didn't help. Before I replace the ESS power board has anyone ran into this and with different resolve.

So when I try to reset the NVM values via the UI by holding down the 0 button and going into diagnostics that way it wont work. has anyone run into this?Comment

If you asking how to enter UI diagnostic, this is the way:
- Entering UI Diagnostics
1. Hold the 0 key on the control panel for five seconds, while still holding 0 press start.
2. Enter the password from keypad (6789).
3. Press Confirm
4. Press the Access button on the control panel to enter diagnostics (indicated by negative screen image).
- Select the System Settings on the touch screen
- Select Common Settings
- Select Diagnostics .Comment
